Meet Denver Wilson,
Electromechanical Engineer
Denver Wilson is one of our dynamic electromechanical engineers who has performed a variety of roles for Med Associates. Denver earned his Bachelors’ degree in electromechanical engineering from Vermont Technical College in 2004. Previous employment as a machinist, welder-fabricator, and mechanic has given him years of hands-on experience that benefits the
engineering department at Med Associates and Catamount R&D.
Denver has been working with us for four years and is involved in product design and development, including the On-Demand (Atlantis) platform for the water maze and the swivel balance arm used in self-administration systems. Denver also designs customized products for our customers. You may have met him at the Society for Neuroscience meeting in 2006, on installations of equipment around the country, or spoken with him concerning technical issues. He especially enjoys the design aspect of his job and contributing to the creation of a new product.
Denver is a Vermont native, currently residing in Highgate Springs with his dog, Duke. Outside of work he can be found enjoying the seasonal changes of Vermont on his dirt bike, motorcycle, snowboard, or with his fishing rod in hand.
Feel free to contact Med Associates to speak with Denver Wilson regarding your next customized equipment order. •
