The Quick Connect System is made up of connections featuring Luer fittings.  These fittings provide secure connections between components, and they can be easily attached and detached.  The Luered connectors facilitate detaching an animal, and they minimize manipulations so that infections can be avoided.  Swivels allow free rotation, preventing catheter twisting and kinking.  The tether has built-in tubing that is enclosed in a stainless steel shield to protect the tubing from chewing or clawing.  The harness attaches to the vascular (or other) catheter via a stainless steel stub.  We offer infusion kits for rats that are disposable and economically priced.
