Passive Connection Panel
This small passive connection panel provides for 8 three-pin Molex® connectors. These can be used as inputs or outputs depending on the connection to the interface modules. Use this panel with the SG-211F or SG-210A cable.
This panel is generally used with one DIG-712 and one DIG-726 SuperPortT™ to provide sixteen inputs and sixteen outputs. This is particularly useful in radial arm maze designs. It could just as easily be used to provide thirty-two inputs or thirty-two outputs to a single test station or distributed among several test stations as needed. Each connection panel requires two of the universal cable (SG-210B) and one power cable (SG-210CP-25 or SG-210CP-8).
These panels are used in rare occasions when the standard 4 Input/8 Output or 8 Input/16 Output configuration of the SmartCtrlT package is not suitable. Although they have the same appearance as the corresponding SmartCtrl™ connection panels, they can be wired with any combination of inputs or outputs. This cable is 3.0' (91.4 cm) long with a female DB-25 connector on one end and striped and tinned wires on the other. One cable connects to one passive connection panel and is normally assigned to each test chamber in the system. The tinned ends are typically wired to standard interface modules with a custom selection of inputs and outputs.

This cable connects the SG-213F cable to the SG-716D or SG-716D2 passive connection panel. It is 25.0' (7.6 m) long and comes with DB-25 connectors on each end.
SG-210CP-25 25' (7.6 m) 28 V DC SmartCtrlT Power Cable
SG-210CP-8 8' (2.4 m) 28 V DC SmartCtrlT Power Cable
These 16 gauge two-conductor power cables come either 25.0' (7.6 m) or 8.0' (2.4 m) long. Use the SG-210CP-25 to connect the first SG-716D or SG-716D2 in a group to the 28 V DC supply. Use the SG-210CP-8 to daisy chain up to three additional connection panels in a group.

SG-216A-20 20' (6.1 m) 3-Pin Mini-Molex® Extension Cable
These cables are used to extend the length of any accessory with a 3-pin mini-Molex® cable. Most accessories have a 30.0" (76.2 cm) long cable. In some instances, it may be necessary to have a longer cable to reach the connection panel. This is usually the case in systems that share one connection panel between multiple chambers. Accessories ordered with a SmartCtrlT system will have extension cables added as needed free of charge.
SG-216C 3-Pin Mini-Molex® Y Cable with One Female Connector to Two Male Connectors
This cable connects two accessories to one input or output. It can be used for connecting two outputs together that are always turned on together, like a house light and fan or stimulus light and retractable lever. It can also be used for connecting two photobeam inputs together in systems looking at broad movements.
SG-216C1 3-Pin Mini-Molex® Y Cable with Two Female Connectors to One Male Connector
This cable connects one accessory to two inputs or outputs. It can be used for connecting a lever or nose poke to two inputs for measuring the duration of the input. It can also be used for connecting a push button cable and a pellet dispenser or other reward for shaping.
