Interface Connection Packages

MED Associates Interface Systems feature PC-compatible connection to either ISA or PCI bus. MED Associates offers the greatest system flexibility of any manufacturer by placing a single card in the control computer connected to a modular cabinet with central power supply. This centralized interfacing strategy supports multiple chamber systems at the most competitive cost. The heart of the MED Associates interface has remained consistent for nearly twenty years and has supported several software and component upgrades without becoming obsolete. Interface Connection Package - PCI

This package is recommended to connect the SG-6080D and SG-6510D interface cabinets to most Windows^®- compatible computers with an open PCI slot. It includes one DIG-704 PCI interface card, DIG-700C ribbon cable, and DIG-700F decoder card.

Standalone PCI Interface Package

MED Associates is pleased to announce our new Standalone PCI Interface packages. This new PCI card combines the functionality of the DIG-704PCI interface with the input and output capabilities of our SmartCtrl™ cards. These inexpensive standalone interface packages are great for student labs or when only one chamber is needed. They will work the Schedule Manager™ or MED-PC® IV software. The Schedule Manager™ single chamber license makes our single chamber interface one of the most affordable available. The Schedule Manager™ software's uncomplicated programming interface and the easy to use SmartCtrl™ connection panel make this system excellent for novice users.
