Interface Connection Packages

This interface connection package is required to connect the tabletop interface cabinets (SG-6080D and SG-6510D) to most Windows® compatible computers that have an open PCI slot and MED-PC® IV software installed. This package includes: one interface card to be installed into the open PCI slot of the computer (DIG-704PCI), one decode card which would be installed into the tabletop cabinet (DIG-700F). This decode card sends the signals from the corresponding interface cards also installed in the tabletop cabinet, such as SmartCtrl™ interface cards, to the computer via a ribbon cable (DIG-700C) which is also included in this package. |
Standalone PCI Interface Packages
The standalone PCI interface packages combines the functionality of our PCI interface (DIG-704PCI) with the input and output capabilities of our SmartCtrl™ cards. These inexpensive standalone interface packages are great for student labs or when only one chamber is needed. They will work the Schedule Manager™ or MED-PC® IV software. The Schedule Manager™ single chamber license makes our single chamber interface one of the most affordable available. The Schedule Manager™ software’s uncomplicated programming interface and the easy to use SmartCtrl™ connection panel make this system excellent for novice users.
This standalone PCI interface package contains all the components needed for a 4 input and 8 output set up. The power supply, connection panel and necessary cables are also included. This would be used for a single station system and requires a desktop PC—cannot use a laptop computer (for laptop setup see DIG-703A).
