House Lights



ENV-221CL
Ceiling Mount House Light

These lights are used in cubicles for general illumination. More than one ENV-221CL may be needed to fully illuminate larger cubicles. These may be wired to the fan circuit to be on all the time or connected to a 28 V DC output for computer programmed control.

This 28 V DC, 100 mA light is mounted on a modular panel and features a partially open hood. This hood may be rotated in the test chamber to either direct light down on the working area or up to reflect light off the ceiling. Order standard 100 mA replacement lamps (SG-700A) or 170 mA high intensity replacement lamps (SG-702A). Both sold in packages of ten lamps.

ENV-227M
House/Stimulus Light with Diffuser
The ENV-227M makes an excellent house light or stimulus light.  It is brighter than either the ENV-215 House Light or ENV-221M stimulus light measuring 780 Lux at a distance of 1.0" (2.5 cm).  The light is diffused to illuminate the entire chamber measuring over 200 Lux at a distance of 3.0" (7.6 cm).  The ENV-227M consists of a 0.31" (7.9 mm) diameter stimulus light inserted in a 0.375" (9.5 mm) clear acrylic beveled diffuser block with outside dimensions of 1.5" (3.8 cm) square and a top surface which is 1.0" (2.5 cm) square. This unit is suitable for rat chambers and mazes only.
