Omnidirectional Ceiling Rod for Rat

This stainless steel rod extends from the center of the chamber lid. It provides an alternative response for the chaining experiments that are popular in many student laboratories. It could also substitute for a “pole jump” avoidance response. It is generally used with the 008 series modular test chambers.

Dimensions:
Rod: 0.25" (0.64 cm) diameter; 4.75" (12.1 cm) long

Special Note: A modified chamber top is required with omni rod.

This stainless steel rod extends from the center of the chamber lid. It provides an alternative response for the chaining experiments that are popular in many student laboratories. It could also substitute for a “pole jump” avoidance response. It is designed for use in both the classical and wide mouse modular test chambers.

Rod: 0.1875" (0.48 cm) diameter; 4.0" (10.2 cm) long

Special Note: A modified chamber top is required with omni rod.
