Extra Tall Modular Operant Test Chamber

This extra tall modular test chamber features a versatile size that is recommended for work with pigeons, rodents, or small, unrestrained primates. Both end walls are identical with triple aluminum channels to securely hold any modular accessory. The unique top design makes changing modules quick and easy, holding them securely while running experiments. The center of the top is clear polycarbonate and each end features a hinged stainless steel panel with individual spring steel clips to hold modular panels securely in place. This unit includes a door and rear panel of 0.22" (0.6 cm) clear polycarbonate and a base white polypropylene.

This chamber is offered as a lower cost alternative to the extra tall modular test chamber for those applications that do not require frequent changing of
accessories. The top is made of a single piece of polycarbonate held in place with eight standard screws which must be removed to change modules.

Extra Tall Modular Test Chamber with Drug Infusion Top

This is the extra tall modular test chamber with the top modified for drug delivery. This unit is used for rodent studies using drug self administration. The top modification consists of a 2.0" (5.1 cm) diameter hole in the center with a 0.25" (0.64 cm) access slot cut from the hole to the front edge. This allows the user to place an animal in the test chamber with a drug delivery leash or other harness system, attached. Both end walls are identical with triple aluminum channels to securely hold any modular accessory. The unique top design makes changing modules quick and easy, holding them securely while running experiments. Filler Panels

Filler Panel Package

Filler panels are used to close those spaces not occupied by chamber components on the modular test chamber. A filler panel package is required with all initial orders of modular test chambers. This includes assorted sizes as needed and may be supplied at no cost depending on the accessories ordered with the chamber. All panels are 3" (7.6 cm) wide.

The panel height may be specified as follows:
ENV-007-1P: Full Size (13.0"–33.0 cm)
ENV-007-34P: 3/4 Size (9.75"–24.75 cm)
ENV-007-2P: 1/2 Size (6.5"–16.5 cm)
ENV-007-38P: 3/8 Size (4.875"–12.4 cm)
ENV-007-4P: 1/4 Size (3.25"–8.25 cm)
ENV-007-8P: 1/8 Size (1.625"–4.0 cm)
ENV-007-16P: 1/16 Size (0.8125"–2.0 cm)
