Grid Harnesses and Cables

ENV-005QD (Shown with grid floor)

ENV-005-QD
Quick Disconnect Grid Floor Connection Block

Applying scrambled foot aversive stimulation to a removable grid floor has never been easier. The connection block stays with the chamber, so that the floor may be removed for cleaning completely free of all wires, circuit boards, or other connections. The connection block consists of individual spring-loaded contacts mounted in a protective strip and wired in sequence to a DB-9 connector. When the floor is installed each rod presses firmly against a contact for reliable delivery. Order the SG-219G-10 output cable separately. Note, this harness will not work with older floors that have been drilled and tapped to receive the ENV-005CB circuit board harness.

Quick Change Test Chamber US Pat. No. 6412441 B1; Canadian Pat. No. 2,368,344; UK Pat. No. 1226750; Australian Patent 772111; France 1,226,750; Germany 602 05 143.6; Italy 1,226,750;The Netherlands 1,226,750; European Pat. No. 1226750; Other Foreign Patents Pending.

ENV-307W-QD
Quick Disconnect Grid Floor Connection Block for Mouse

This unit is identical to the ENV-005-QD quick disconnect unit except that the grid rod size, number, and spacing is compatible with the ENV-307W modular mouse chamber. Use the SG-219G-10 Output cable to complete the connection from the DB-9 socket on this unit to the output of an appropriate scrambler or aversive stimulator/scrambler. Use the SG-219G2 to connect to standard contact lickometers and the SG-219G to connect to switching lickometers. Cables sold separately.

ENV-406A

ENV-406A
Shuttle Box Grid Floor Harness for Rat

This shuttle grid floor harness is used on older style grid floors that have drilled and tapped rods (cannot be used with ENV-010MGB-GF floor). Two harnesses are required per floor for active avoidance. The short pigtail harness terminates in a DB-9 connector. Order the aversive stimulation output cable (SG-219G-10) separately.

Dimensions:
17.25" L x 2.5" H x 0.5" D
(43.8 cm x 6.4 cm x 1.3 cm)
