This method for testing antidepressants in mice was first reported in Psychopharmacology 1985(85): 367 - 370 and continues to be used for a range of compounds including SSRI's, benzodiazepines, typical and atypical antipsychotics, etc. This package includes one PHM-300 Tail Suspension Test Cubicle with two removable tail hangers, precision linear load cell, and load cell amplifier and filter. This package also includes power supply, analog to digital converter, cables, and software to support up to eight test stations.
This package contains everything needed to expand upon the starter package (MED-TSS-MS). This includes the PHM-300 test station, DIG-735 amplifier interface card, and SG-219F-1 cable. The maximum number of chambers supported by the MED-TSS-MS is eight.
